While GifterStop aims to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all users, our responsibility for the actual products and their delivery (when handled by our partners) is limited as defined in these Terms and Conditions and our Disclaimers.

- Partner's Responsibility: For all products sold by them, our partner stores are solely responsible for the product's quality, accuracy, any warranties, and ensuring on-time delivery. They are bound by these Terms and Conditions regarding their sales through GifterStop.
Product Information & Pricing
- Changes to Products & Prices: All products listed on GifterStop, their descriptions, and prices may change from time to time. Our partner stores, and GifterStop (for overall platform services), reserve the right to modify, stop selling, or remove any product or service at any time, with or without notice.
- Information Accuracy: While GifterStop makes every effort to ensure our website has correct product information, we do not guarantee that all product details and information are always perfectly accurate or complete.
- Product Availability: When you purchase a product, its availability depends on the current stock of the respective partner store.
- Pricing: We aim to help you find competitive prices for products. However, GifterStop does not guarantee that the prices on our platform will be the lowest in any region, country, or compared to other online or offline sellers. Partner stores can change or update their product prices and details on our website at their discretion, without notice to you.
- Errors in Pricing or Information: If a product or service is listed at a wrong price or with incorrect information due to a mistake (like a typing error or wrong information from a partner store), GifterStop has the right to decline or cancel that order after it has been placed, even if you have confirmed or paid for it. If your order is cancelled after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund.
Special Services (e.g., Decorations, Performances)
- Arranged by Partners: If you book services like decoration or musical performances through GifterStop, you agree to allow our partner's associates (or their third-party service providers) to visit your location to perform these services.
- Coordination: After you book and pay, our partner's representative will contact you to confirm the visit time and make arrangements.
- Your Safety & Privacy: While GifterStop aims to facilitate a safe environment, these services are performed by third parties. We expect you to take responsibility for your privacy and diligence. Please check the identity of service personnel, and you may counter-check with a GifterStop representative if needed. We highly recommend you be present at the location during the entire service performance.
- Missing Items: GifterStop is not responsible for any missing items at your place during or after service performance.
- Grievances: For any complaints or issues with these services, please contact us immediately. Grievances reported more than 2 hours after the service is performed may not be accepted.
- Hotel Permissions: If services are to be performed at a hotel, you are responsible for getting permission from the hotel. GifterStop will not be responsible for service cancellation or refunds if you fail to get this permission in time.
Product Variations & Substitutions
- Approximate Details: Product specifications (like weight, size, color) shown in photos are approximate. There might be slight differences between the pictures and the actual products.
- Handmade Variations: Flower arrangements and cakes are handmade by our partner stores. Because of this, there might be slight variations in the design, shape, or arrangement compared to the pictures on the website.
- Substitutions: Occasionally, our partner stores might need to substitute flowers, flavors, or designs if certain items are temporarily or regionally unavailable. In such cases, our experienced partner team will ensure the substituted item is as close as possible to the original description and photo, and will always be of equal or higher value.
Message Cards & Product Care
- Message Cards: The complimentary message card included with your order may be either printed or handwritten, depending on the delivery location.
- Care Guide: We encourage you to check and follow our care guide, available on the GifterStop website, to help you properly care for your cakes, plants, and flowers after delivery.
Terms & Conditions: Orders and Acceptance
When you see products and their details on the GifterStop website, it's an invitation for you to make an offer to buy.
- Your Offer to Buy: When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase that product. Please note, this offer needs to be accepted by us.
- Our Acceptance of Your Order: An email, SMS, or push notification from us confirming your order does not mean we have accepted your offer yet. GifterStop has the right to accept, decline, or cancel your offer (either fully or partly) even after we've received your order. Your offer is considered accepted only when your order has been dispatched for delivery by our partner. No other action or inaction by GifterStop will count as accepting your offer or order.
- Information We Might Need: We may ask for additional details or verification before we accept any order.
- Accurate Recipient Information: When you make a purchase, you must accurately provide the recipient's name, contact information, and shipping address.
- If Your Order is Cancelled by Us: If GifterStop cancels all or part of your order, your only solution is that:
- GifterStop will not charge your credit/debit card or bank account for the part of the order that was cancelled.
- If you have already been charged for the cancelled portion, the amount will be fully refunded to you.

- Automatic Substitution for Special Occasions: If we can't get in touch with you after trying, we understand that you're sending a gift for a special moment. To avoid any disappointment or delay, we'll go ahead and send a suitable alternate product that's similar in style, value, and purpose. Our goal is to ensure your thoughtful gesture still brings joy on time, without dampening the spirit of the occasion.
Terms & Conditions: Order Changes & Cancellations
GifterStop understands that sometimes you might need to change or cancel an order. Here's how our policy works:
Our Right to Cancel Your Order
GifterStop reserves the right to cancel any order for various reasons, including but not limited to:
- Limitations on the quantity of a product available for purchase.
- Errors in product or pricing information.
- Unforeseen circumstances that prevent us or our partners from fulfilling your order.
If we need to cancel your order, we will contact you and notify you before doing so. You'll receive a notification via email or SMS about the cancellation and refund process.
Changing or Cancelling Your Order
- Same-Day Delivery Orders: Orders scheduled for same-day delivery are processed immediately. This means they usually cannot be changed or canceled.

- If the order has not yet been prepared by our partner or dispatched for delivery, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
- If the order has already been prepared or is out for delivery, it cannot be changed or canceled, and you will be charged for the order.
- However, if you urgently need to modify or cancel such an order, you can try reaching our Customer Care team at:
- Other Orders (Non-Same-Day): For all other orders, you must provide at least 24 hours' advance notice for any modification or cancellation requests.
- If the order has already been prepared by our partner or dispatched, it cannot be changed or canceled, and you will be charged for the order.
Terms & Conditions: Order and Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is placed on the GifterStop website or app, we'll send you an order confirmation via both email and SMS. This confirmation will have all your order details, including your order number. Keep this number handy, as you'll need it if you ever contact us about your order.
You'll also get a delivery confirmation via email and SMS as soon as your gift has been successfully delivered. Please make sure to check your registered phone number and email address for these important updates!
Shipping & Delivery Policy
At GifiteStop, we strive to deliver your chosen gifts smoothly and on time, based on the delivery option you select. The delivery process is handled by our dedicated partner stores (for hand-delivered items like fresh flowers and cakes) or by trusted third-party courier services.
Understanding Your Delivery Options
We offer two main delivery options for your convenience:
- Standard Delivery: This is our free delivery option.
- Fixed Time & Midnight Deliveries: For these options, a nominal charge applies, which you'll see displayed when you select your preferred delivery timeframe.
While we do our best to meet your chosen delivery time, all deliveries are subject to factors beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure Events). These include, but are not limited to, unexpected travel delays due to weather, political disruptions, strikes, war, lockdowns, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will keep you updated via email and SMS. Please check your messages regularly.
Important Delivery Notes
- Flower Stages: Flowers may be delivered in various stages of bloom (fully opened, semi-bloomed, or in bud form) to ensure freshness.
- No Redirection: Once an order is placed and dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed or redirected to another address.
- Order Ahead for Peak Times: During festivals or major occasions, we highly recommend placing your order at least 5 days in advance to help ensure timely delivery.
- Separate Deliveries: Items hand-delivered by our partner stores (like fresh flowers and cakes) cannot be delivered together with items sent by courier services. They may arrive at different times or even on different days.
- Cut-off Times (All times in HST):
- For Same-Day Standard Delivery, orders must be received by 6:00 PM.
- For Same-Day Fixed Time Delivery, orders must be received by 5:30 PM.
- For Same-Day Midnight Delivery, orders must be received by 7:00 PM.
- Estimated Delivery Times: The delivery time you request is an estimate and is not guaranteed. The actual delivery time depends on product availability from our partners and the specific delivery destination.
Deemed Delivery Policy
For perishable items like cakes and flowers, our partners will attempt delivery of your order only once. For courier products, the courier company will attempt delivery twice.
In the event that delivery cannot be successfully completed during these attempts, you will still be charged for the order, and no re-delivery or refund will be possible. Your order will be considered "Deemed Delivered" in the following situations:
- Incorrect Information:
- Wrong shipping/delivery address provided.
- Wrong/incomplete phone or mobile number, or the number is not working, no reply, or not reachable.
- Recipient Unavailable/Refusing:
- Recipient is not available at the given address.
- Premises are locked.
- Recipient refuses to accept the delivery.
- Alternate Delivery Instructions: If the recipient is not available, they can inform the delivery person to leave the order at the gate, reception, or with a neighbor. This will also be considered a "Deemed Delivery."
Important for Surprise Gifts: As many gifts are surprises, we generally avoid contacting the recipient directly unless absolutely necessary. Therefore, we urge you to be sure about the recipient's details and their availability before placing your order. In cases of Deemed Delivery, we cannot entertain requests for cancellation, refund, or modification.
Upon successful delivery (or deemed delivery), our partner's representative or delivery personnel may request an acknowledgment of delivery from the recipient. If the recipient refuses to accept delivery or provide acknowledgment, the email/SMS confirmation issued by GifiteStop to you will serve as sufficient proof of delivery in case of any dispute.
Specific Delivery Timelines
- Midnight Deliveries: Delivery will be made between 11:00 PM and 11:59 PM on the chosen delivery date, subject to other delivery terms.
- Note: For occasions that fall on a specific date (e.g., birthday), consider choosing the delivery date to be the day prior if you want the gift to arrive just before midnight.
- Fixed Time Deliveries: While we aim for precise timing, your order could be delivered within 30 minutes before or after your selected time slot, subject to other delivery terms.
Delivery of Courier Products
For gifts sent via courier, the delivery is managed by third-party courier companies. GifiteStop facilitates the order, but we do not make any representations or warranties regarding the specifics of how the courier company performs their delivery service, as their own terms and conditions apply.
- Estimated Delivery Dates: For courier products, the delivery date provided is an estimate. Your order may arrive a day prior to or a day after the chosen delivery date. The requested delivery date is non-binding.
- No Sunday/Public Holiday Deliveries: Third-party courier agencies generally do not deliver on Sundays and public holidays.
- No Prior Calls & Redirection: Our courier partners usually do not call before delivering an order. We recommend you provide an address where someone will be present to receive the package. Deliveries cannot be redirected to any other address once shipped.
- Tracking Your Order: All courier orders are carefully packed and shipped from our partners' warehouses. Soon after dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to help you trace your order's journey.
- Delays: Courier partners may experience delays due to holidays, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Special Delivery Locations
Our partner florists and gift stores are experienced in delivering to various specific locations. However, please ensure you provide accurate and complete information as listed below:
- Hospitals:
- Required Info: Hospital name, full address, hospital phone number, recipient's name, room number/ward.
- Policy: We follow hospital procedures, as most do not allow florists to deliver personally to individual rooms. Many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers; please check with the hospital norms before placing such orders.
- Hotels:
- Required Info: Hotel name, full address, recipient's phone number and hotel phone number, recipient's name, room number, Name of Tour Company (if applicable).
- Policy: If the recipient has not checked in or has checked out by the delivery date, the order will be left at the reception and considered delivered. No refund will be made in such cases.
- Wedding Halls/Marriages:
- Required Info: Provide details of an alternate person to receive the delivery if the bride/groom may not be directly available.
- Policy: We cannot guarantee direct delivery to the bride and/or groom. We will ensure delivery is made to one of their family members or a responsible host if the specified person is unavailable.
- Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises:
- Required Info: Hostel/premises name, full address, recipient's phone number and hostel/premises phone number, recipient's name, room number.
- Policy: The recipient may need to come to the gate to collect the delivery or send someone on their behalf. The order can also be handed over to security/another responsible person or left at the reception and considered delivered.
Delivery to Remote Locations and Towns
- Serviceable Areas: Orders can only be delivered in the cities and towns available in our service database. Delivery to remote locations depends on the availability of our partner stores or associates in that area.
- No Exact Time: We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time for remote locations.
- Perishable Item Availability: Please note that flowers, cakes, and other perishable products are sourced locally by our partners at the delivery location. There's a chance that certain natural plants, flowers, or cakes may not be available for all remote locations.
- Holidays & Force Majeure: No deliveries will be done on National Holidays. Delivery will be rescheduled for the next working day. In case of floods, heavy rains, national bandh, election dates, curfews, traffic jams, festival times, regulated traffic movements, or any other event that restricts delivery, GifterStop reserves the right to reschedule the delivery to another date.
Restricted Delivery Locations
We do not deliver to railway stations, metro stations, or airports.
Duplicate Orders
Sometimes, you might accidentally place the same order more than once. Don't worry, we can help!
- How to Report a Duplicate: If you realize you've placed two or more identical orders by mistake, please inform GifterStop immediately.
- Refund Policy: We will issue a full refund for the duplicate order, as long as our partner store hasn't already prepared or delivered it.
- Our Action on Discovery: If GifterStop discovers that the same order has been placed twice, we'll try to contact you to confirm which order you'd like to keep.
- If We Can't Reach You: If we're unable to get in touch with you, GifterStop reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the duplicate order on your behalf to prevent unintended charges or deliveries.
Payment Terms
When you place an order on GifterStop, you agree to pay:
- The price shown for the product or service on our website at the time you submit your order.
- Any delivery fees for the delivery service you selected.
- Any applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying all taxes (other than taxes based on GifterStop's income), fees, duties, and other government charges, along with any related penalties and interest, that come from your purchase of products and services and are not already withheld by GifterStop.
Refunds
All payments are generally non-refundable, except as specifically stated elsewhere in these Terms and Conditions (for example, in our "Order Modification/Cancellation Policy" or "Duplicate Orders" section).
Late Payments
We reserve the right to charge late fees on any payments that are overdue from you. This fee will be the higher of:
- 1.5% per month on the unpaid amount; or
- The highest rate allowed under the applicable law.
You also agree to pay for any costs we incur to collect past due amounts, including collection fees, attorney's fees, and court costs.
Convenience Charge
GifterStop may charge a "Convenience Charge" for making it easier for you to choose a product and arrange delivery anywhere in India, without needing to visit a physical store. This charge helps cover GifterStop's internet and system handling costs and is typically related to your order value.
Payment Details
Your order's delivery is entirely dependent on the payment successfully reaching GifterStop's account. We will not process any order until full payment is received.
Accepted Payment Methods
GifterStop accepts payments via:
- Debit and Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and American Express. We accept both domestic and international cards.
- Online Banking: Payments through various Indian banks.
- Digital Wallets & UPI: Payments via popular digital wallet services and Unified Payments Interface (UPI).
- PayPal: (If applicable for international transactions or specific services.)
Your Responsibility for Payments
When you make a transaction on our website, you confirm that:
- You are not using any credit/debit card, digital wallet, or UPI ID fraudulently
- You are fully authorized to use the payment method chosen for the transaction.
- You will provide accurate and correct information for your card or payment method.
You are solely responsible for any fraudulent use of a card or payment mechanism, and it will be up to you to prove otherwise. GifterStop is not responsible for any transaction processed without your consent or knowledge. The cardholder or the holder of any payment mechanism is entirely liable for the transactions and the amount charged to their account.

All payments for purchases on the GifterStop website must be made in Indian Rupees (INR). Our website does not facilitate transactions in any other currency for purchases made on the platform.

Clarification on Transactions

- The transaction details, product prices, and all commercial terms (like delivery and dispatch) are part of a direct agreement between you and our partner stores. GifterStop merely provides the payment facility on the website to help complete this transaction.
- You acknowledge and agree that the payment system available on our website is not a banking or financial service. It's simply a facilitator that provides an electronic, automated online payment process, including accepting Cash On Delivery (if offered), by using existing authorized banking infrastructure and credit card payment gateway networks.
Communications
When you use our website and register with us, you agree to receive communications from GifterStop. These communications may come to you by email, SMS, or any other electronic method, or even physically through postal mail.
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we send you through these methods meet any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Contacting the Recipient
- In some cases, our delivery team or partner store might need to contact the recipient before a delivery.

Occasion Reminders
As a gifting business, GifterStop offers a helpful occasion reminder service. If you opt-in for this, we'll remind you in future years about certain special dates. By using this service, you agree to allow GifterStop to contact you via SMS, phone call, and email on your registered number and email ID for these free reminders.

Important Complaint Timelines
Please note the following timeframes for submitting complaints:
- Product/Service Complaints: Any complaints about the product or service received (e.g., quality issues) need to be made within 48 hours from the time of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to register your complaint.
- Non-Delivery Complaints: If your order wasn't delivered, you must report this within 15 days from the expected delivery date. We won't be able to register complaints about non-delivery after this timeframe.
Defective or Bad Quality Products
If you receive a defective or poor-quality product, we will replace it for you. For quality control purposes, we might need to arrange a reverse pickup of the original product before we can send out the replacement.
Returns and Refund Policy
At GifterStop, our primary goal is to ensure your gifts bring joy. Due to the nature of our products, especially perishable items, we generally do not accept returns.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help!
Reporting an Issue
- Please report the issue to our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- You must provide an image of the item delivered when reporting the issue.
- Our team may contact you for additional details or clarification about the product received.
Your Options for Valid Issues
If your complaint about a damaged, defective, or incorrect product is verified, you may choose one of the following solutions:
- Get a Product Re-delivery: We will arrange for our partner to send a replacement product.
- Opt for GifterStop Credit: You can choose to receive a refund in the form of GifterStop credit, which will be processed and available in your account within 24 hours.
- Refund to Original Payment Method: You can request a refund directly to your original payment method. Please note that once we process the refund, it may take 7-10 working days (and sometimes up to 10-15 business days for online refunds) to reflect in your account, depending on standard banking timelines.
Cases Where Refunds Are Not Offered

- If the recipient is not present at the delivery address provided by you, or refuses to accept the delivery.
- If product quality concerns arise due to improper handling of the product by the recipient after delivery.
Important Notes on Complaints & Refunds
- Complaint Timelines:
- Complaints about product quality or issues need to be made within 48 hours from the time of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to register your complaint.
- Complaints about non-delivery must be made within 15 days from the expected delivery date. We cannot register non-delivery complaints after this timeframe.
- Quality Check & Replacement: For quality assurance purposes, if you report a defective or bad quality product, we might need to arrange a reverse pickup of that product before we can send out a replacement.
- No Product Exchanges: We do not accept requests for product exchanges (e.g., swapping for a different item if the original was correct).
- GifterStop Initiated Cancellations: In the rare event that GifterStop or our partners are unable to supply all or part of your order (including any suitable substitute), we will notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment for the undelivered portion.

- Delivery Confirmations: Email and SMS delivery status updates might be a little delayed. We'll still keep you informed and aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, notifying you of any significant delays due to the rush.
- Customer Care Response Times: Our customer care team will be doing their best to assist everyone. However, during these busy periods, there might be a slight delay in getting a response.
