Customer satisfaction is something we take most seriously and we are constantly
trying to improve our services. But we cannot do this successfully without your
feedback. We value all our customers and orders. Here please go through this
shipping disclaimer and be informed and clear about our products and services,
how much we care our customers and orders.
YoFlorist Network
deliver fresh flowers through its strong and professional local florists
network across India and internationally. All our local florist affiliates can
understand the value of sending fresh flowers to someone. So please place your
flower or gift order with confidence.
Must Know About Your Order:
Order Changes and cancellations:
YoFlorist is unable to
cancel or change product or address orders already in process and out for
delivery at our affiliate local florist.
Same day or midnight or Remote location orders are processed immediately and
usually not possible to change anything. Only changes in the orders can be
entertained 24 working hours prior to the delivery date in Domestic deliveries
unless confirmed by our customer care team via email.
For Courier
Orders, you are advised to intimate its 5 working days prior to the date of
delivery unless confirmed by our customer care team on email.
For International
Delivery, you need to intimate 48 working hours prior to the date of delivery
unless confirmed by our customer care team on email.
Shipping and Delivery Policy:
YoFlorist hand
delivery most of its gifts and bouquets personally by business professionals
and give their best quality as possible. We do deliver most of our products
same day, making sure same day orders must be received before 3.00pm Monday to
Sunday, IST. Order received after 3.00Pm, IST may be delivered next day or on
desired date.
Problem With An order:
YoFlorist always
tries its level best to give the best timely and quality service to its
customers. All our business affiliates are key professionals in their area and
they understand the languages of flowers and meaning of delivery flowers to
someone.
If, at any time you
face any problem with an order, please let us know immediately by email or
speaking to our customer care team. They will definitely help you on your
query. It is not possible to give time of delivery to rural location addresses,
hotels, hospitals, military or army areas.
YoFlorist advice you
to place your orders on major festival or occasion at least 2 days in advance.
Because sometime it happens courier and express products may not be delivered
combining. In those cases, we reserve the right to execute the deliveries
separately or in installments, which shall not receive you from your obligation
to accept and pay for remaining deliveries. Our service provider business
partner does not call prior to delivering packages and we cannot guarantee the
time of delivery.
SPECIAL DELIVERY NOTES:
Delivery to Hospitals:
YoFlorist delivers
flowers to hospitals. You are requested to add the hospital name and phone
number, name of the patient, room number or ward number of the recipient. Most
hospitals, do not allow flowers bouquet to hospital in that case, you are
requested to provide any contact number of the attendant with the patient, So
that we can deliver to the attendant at hospital receptions.
Please note many ICU
patients are not permitted to receive flowers, please check with the hospital
and attendant with the patient before placing the order. No cancellation or
refund of the order allowed in these circumstances.
Delivery to Hostel or Guest Houses:
YoFlorist delivers
flowers and gifts to hostel. You are requested to add the hostel name, full
address, Hostel phone number, room number name of Tour Company, if any.
In case the recipient
has not checked I at the hostel on the delivery date, the order will be left at
the reception and the order will be assumed as executed. If the person has checked
out of the hostel by delivery date, the order will be assumed as executed and
no refund will be made in such cases.
Delivery to Wedding Halls / Marriage Party:
YoFlorist delivers
flowers and gifts to wedding ceremonies or marriage halls. We will deliver the
gifts to the responsible member of the host only and we can try to give the
name of the recipient by email. But you need to give the complete and correct
active contact number and time of marriage.
Substitution Policy:
Sometimes,
substitution of fresh flowers and containers are necessary due to temporary,
regional availability issues. If there is the same with the gifts you have
selected, our experiences florist will ensure that the style, theme and color
scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal
or higher value. We however reserve the right to substitute the flowers
including colors and type of flowers in case of non-availability of the desired
products.
YoFlorist Same Day Flowers & Gifts
Delivery Policy:
All same day deliver
order will be made between 9.00am to 8.00pm on the desired date. We will
attempt the deliver once only; address change or redelivery not possible in any
circumstance until 24 hours prior notice.
YoFlorist Midnight Flowers & Gifts
Delivery Policy:
All midnight deliver
order will be made between 11.30 pm to 12.30 am (IST) on the desired date. We
will attempt the deliver once; address change or redelivery not possible in any
circumstance until 24 hours prior notice.
You are advised to
select the desired date of midnight delivery as the date prior to the occasion
date. For Example: If occasion is on 15th Aug, then select 14th August
as desired date for midnight delivery.
YoFlorist Fix-time Flowers & Gifts
Delivery Policy:
Please place your
order one day prior to the date of delivery for Fix time delivery.
YoFlorist Remote Area Flowers & Gifts
Delivery Policy:
Please place your
order one day prior to the date of delivery for remote area delivery.
YoFlorist Courier Gift Items Delivery Policy:
Please place your
order 5 days prior to the date of delivery for courier gifts.
YoFlorist International Flowers & Gifts
Delivery Policy:
Please place your
order 2 days prior to the date of delivery for international delivery.
YoFlorist is not responsible for:
YoFlorist will be
able to attempt delivery for your order only ONCE. In the event the delivery is
not executed during the attempt, the customer shall still be charged for the
order and no redelivery will be possible.
YoFlorist always try
its best to deliver the goods to the concern person. But, we will consider
the order executed and charge the full amount from the customer and no
cancellations or refund will not done under the following circumstances:

Premises locked or

note that colour of the products design may differ on your monitor or may not
be correctly displayed. The availability of the product and design may change
at any time without notice.

listed on the site are subjected to change at any time without notice.
YoFlorist Holiday or Seasonal Policy:
YoFlorist cannot
commit delivery on Public Holiday, National Holidays or Band (City Strike) in
the Country, state or cities of the delivery location. For our cooperation,
please check the national holidays or band in your city or country before
placing your order.

Valentine’s Day is one
best gifting occasion in flowers and gifting industry. Due to large volume of
orders we cannot commit any time of delivery of your order on Valentine’s Day,
14thFeb every year. Due to seasonal rush, Flowers may come in buds stage with
your order. We assure your order will be delivering as soon as possible on that
day. Also we notify our customers earlier about cut-off time of ordering
flowers and gifts for Valentine’s Day. Order place after the cut-off time and
date, will be deliver next day of Valentine’s Day, 15thFebruary only. So you
