Our cancellation policy differs according to the products and product shipping type as follows: 

For Same day Delivery / Express Delivery Order Cancellation & Return:

You are requested to intimate 24 hours prior to the delivery date of the order.

For Midnight Delivery Order Cancellation & Return:

You are requested to intimate 24 hours prior to the delivery date of the order. 

Fix time Delivery Order Cancellation & Return:

You are requested to intimate 48 hours prior to the delivery date of the order. 

 

For Remote Area Delivery Order Cancellation & Return:

You are requested to intimate 48 hours prior to the delivery date of the order. 

For Courier Delivery Order Cancellation & Return:

You are requested to intimate 5 working days prior to the delivery date of the order. 

For International Delivery Order Cancellation & Return

You are requested to intimate 3 working days prior to the delivery date of the order. 

How do I cancel an order?

You need to write an email to contact@yoflorist.com with subject line “Order No: ###, Cancellation Request”. 

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?

 It takes up to 24 hours’ time to process your order cancellation request. 

What is the mode of refund policy of my payment?

It depends on your mode of payment, if you had done online payment then it will reverse to your same bank account. It will take 3-5 working days and it depends on your account type and bank.

OR, if you had done cash or cheque deposit in our company bank account. We will refund your money via NEFT or Cheque Deposit in your bank account. But for this we would be needing your cancelled cheque scan copy or your bank account details given below via email at contact@yoflorist.com.
